Dexcom ONE+ is a real-time continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system designed to help people living with type 1 or type 2 diabetes monitor their glucose levels throughout the day and night.
The small, all-in-one wearable sensor has a built-in disposable transmitter and automatically sends glucose readings to the Dexcom ONE+ app on a compatible smart device or to an optional Dexcom receiver. Readings are updated automatically, without the need to scan the sensor.
Dexcom ONE+ provides glucose values, trend information and customisable high and low glucose alerts. Its alert options include Snooze, Repeat Alert and Delay 1st High Alert, helping users tailor notifications to their individual glucose-management needs.
Each sensor has a 30-minute warm-up period and may be worn for up to 10 days. A further 12-hour grace period provides additional flexibility when replacing the sensor at the end of a session.
The sensor can be worn on the back of the upper arm or abdomen. For children aged 2–6 years, the upper buttocks may also be used as an approved sensor location. The included overpatch can be applied when additional sensor adhesion is needed.
Compatible smart devices and the optional Dexcom ONE+ receiver are sold separately.

Important CGM information: Continuous glucose monitoring measures glucose in interstitial fluid and may differ from a capillary blood glucose reading, particularly when glucose levels are changing rapidly.
