This Delivery & Collection Policy forms part of the ClarifaiOnline.co.za Website Terms and Conditions.

ClarifaiOnline.co.za is operated by Tridev (Pty) Ltd trading as Mere-Ridge Pharmacy (“Mere-Ridge Pharmacy”, “Clarifai Online”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By placing an order with Mere-Ridge Pharmacy, you acknowledge and agree to this Delivery & Collection Policy.

1. Delivery Services

Mere-Ridge Pharmacy provides delivery services for eligible products within selected delivery areas in South Africa.

Delivery availability may vary depending on:

  • delivery location;

  • regulatory requirements;
  • courier availability;
  • and operational considerations.

Certain medicines, healthcare products, or regulated items may not qualify for standard delivery services.

2. Delivery Processing

Orders will only be processed once:

  • payment has been successfully authorised and verified;
  • prescriptions have been validated where applicable;
  • required clinical or pharmacist reviews have been completed;
  • and products are confirmed as available for fulfilment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that temperature-sensitive products are appropriately received and stored immediately upon delivery.

7. Risk and Ownership

Risk in products passes to the customer upon:

  • or acceptance by an authorised recipient.

Ownership of products remains subject to full payment clearance where applicable.
