This PAIA Manual has been prepared in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (“PAIA”) and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”).

1. Introduction
The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (“PAIA”) gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by private and public bodies where such information is required for the exercise or protection of rights.

4. Applicable Legislation
Mere-Ridge Pharmacy conducts business in accordance with applicable South African legislation, including but not limited to:

- or is otherwise protected under applicable law.

This Manual is available:

- upon request from Mere-Ridge Pharmacy;
- and in accordance with applicable PAIA requirements.
13. Amendments to this Manual
Mere-Ridge Pharmacy reserves the right to amend this PAIA Manual from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the website and become effective upon publication.
