Supportan Drink is a nutritionally complete, high-energy (1.5 kcal/mL), high-protein oral nutritional supplement for special medical purposes. It is intended for the dietary management of patients with or at risk of malnutrition, in particular with cancer, chronic catabolic diseases and/or cachexia.
The formulation is high in fat (40% of energy) with medium chain triglycerides (MCT) and is low in carbohydrates (31% of energy). It contains 100% soluble fibre and provides EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) from fish oil.
Available flavours include Cappuccino and Pineapple-Coconut. Pack format: 4 x 200 mL EasyBottles.
For the dietary management of patients with or at risk of malnutrition, especially in cancer (oncology), chronic catabolic diseases and/or cachexia. May be used as supplementary nutrition or as complete nutrition under healthcare professional guidance.
