B-CAL-DM Swallow Tablets

B-CAL-DM combines elemental calcium, vitamin D3 and magnesium in a convenient once-daily swallow tablet. Calcium supports the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, vitamin D supports calcium absorption, and magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nerve function.

Directions

Adults and children aged 9 years and older: Take one tablet daily with meals, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Individual calcium needs depend on dietary intake.

• Elemental calcium: 500 mg
• Vitamin D3: 1,000 IU (25 micrograms)
• Magnesium: 125 mg
